Pressure Vessels

In course of gas pressure regulation, a considerable gas temperature drop takes place in consequence of the gas expansion. This rapid temperature drop may result frosting and even freezing of regulating units, especially of the remote control units controlling the pressure regulators mounted in high pressure regulation stations.

In order to maintain failure-free action of gas pressure regulating stations, it is necessary to increase gas temperature prior to regulation to assure a gas temperature above dew point after regulation. Heat exchangers are used to keep gas temperature at safe level.

Heat exchangers can be designed according to any international standard requested by the customer. Standard design is according to ASME Code VIII Div.1.

Separator and multi cyclone filters have been developed specifically for the removal of solid particles such as dust, fibers, rust, etc. from natural gas and other gases.

Depending on the selected filter cartridge, in accordance with the customer requirements, 98% off all particles down to a requested size can be removed. In this way, the purity of the gas increased considerably, and all downstream plant and equipment (regulators, meter, etc.) is protected from possible damage and premature wear.

All filters can be designed according to any international standard requested by the customer. Standard design is according to ASME Code VIII Div.1.

In most technological processes in which gas media are used, it is necessary to use gas with high purity degree. In many cases, filters such as separator filters which are within our production range, are fairly sufficient. If gas contains also solid contaminants and liquid fractions, the use of separator types of filtering devices is not possible. In such cases, double stage gas cleaning with knock out drums is necessary: first to eliminate liquids and then dusts and solid impurities. Phase separation by this technology rely on imposing a change in direction to the gas stream, forcing the heavier material to spin to an outer wall or into a drop-out area of the vessel.

Knock out drums can be designed horizontal or vertical according to any international standard requested by the customer. Standard design is according to ASME Code VIII Div.1. All the basic materials have got steel works attestations and the main multi cyclone filter components have got stamped material type and heat number.

The efficiency of these type filters is in accordance with the customer requirements. In general result characterized by a very high efficiency of gas cleaning, combining features of separator filters and knock out drums.

After water is eliminated from the gas in the multi cyclone filters or knock out drums, there will be a need to drain the accumulated water from the filters. With this aim, condensate tanks prestore the accumulated water for draining later.

RM Gaz Kontr. Sist. offers variety of condensate tanks with her experienced team. These corrosion and rust resistant tanks may use as aboveground or underground according to customer requirements, pumps, motor, gauges and flame etc.

For the purpose of providing telecommunication services for line valves, pig launcher and receiver and take-off systems etc. in natural gas and oil pipelines, underground steel containers are protecting scada and electronic equipment (which is enclosed by the container) against external influences.

RM Gaz Kontr. Sist. offers variety of underground steel containers with her experienced team. These 50-60 years corrosion and rust resistant containers are used as underground embedded. According to customer requirements, there can be found walking and mounting platforms, cable trays, lighting and accessory mounting spots, water drainage system, desk, up and down stairs, battery rocks and other accessories.
